SUBLIMATION PRINTING

PRINTING PROCESS

Sublimation is a printing transfer process that uses heat sublimation inks to permanently dye synthetic fabrics. As the sublimation process dyes the garment, the color is absorbed into the fabric and just sitting on top of the fabric like in screen printing.  This gives a softer feel to the garment, as well as color fastness and the ability to print full color. Sublimated material will not fade or stretch throughout the life of the garment.
